Transformation Backlog¶
The transformation backlog tracks improvement initiatives required to strengthen the Agile operating model.
Unlike team backlogs, this backlog focuses on system-level improvements, including governance, delivery flow, engineering practices, and cultural alignment.
Audience:
- Transformation leads
- Agile coaches
- Engineering leadership
- Transformation sponsors
Backlog Structure¶
Each backlog item should represent a system improvement initiative, not a feature or product change.
Example improvement areas:
- delivery flow improvements
- engineering quality improvements
- organizational alignment changes
- governance improvements
- tooling or automation improvements
Transformation Backlog¶
